London-focussed agency Winkworth - which has around 60 of its 100 franchise branches in the capital - has now opened another office in south west England.
Its new branch in Tiverton – located in mid-Devon and serving as a dormitory town for Exeter - is the company’s fourth in Devon.
The branch is run by Exeter franchisee Chris Baker, who has opened the new outlet on the back of acquiring his third lettings portfolio in the area. The new office will offer sales as well.
Dominic Agace, Winkworth’s chief executive, says: “Devon is on many people’s wish lists as a much-loved holiday destination where they would like to move to one day.
“With the advent of working from home as a result of the pandemic, this has now become a real choice and our offices in the county have seen significant demand from people moving from London and other urban areas.”
