Zoopla-backed Alto now ‘two times larger than Jupix’

Zoopla is rolling out a migration tool for all agents looking to shift from its Jupix software system to Alto.

It follows a pilot launched in June where once Jupix customers select their migration date, the transfer of data can begin within 24 hours and the progress can be monitored by customers in real-time.

Zoopla said 13 customers completed the migration to Alto during the pilot and its customer base is now around two times the size of Jupix.

The launch aims to support an increase in Jupix customers who have decided to migrate to Alto’s enhanced systems - as well as direct agent feedback on the difficulties they can face when migrating to a new software provider. 

As part of the migration experience, several additional datasets including the date rent is due and the amount to be charged, alongside management fee percentages will be migrated automatically - removing the need for a large amount of manual data entry. 

Zoopla said its migration tool can save agents 27 hours.

This is a unique benefit to Jupix customers and will be alongside existing datasets including property and contact records, property media including photos, floorplans, EPCs or any documents linked to a property and transactional data that are already transferred automatically.
