Propertymark has frozen membership fees for 2024.
Acknowledging the impact of ongoing inflationary pressure and high-interest rates, the agency trade body has said membership fees will remain at 2023 levels for the forthcoming year.
Propertymark said membership retention is at an all-time and it will continue to offer a full suite of benefits, including free regional conferences in England and national ones in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
In addition, Propertymark has introduced an expanded Lettings Helpline, as well as increased policy engagement, bespoke compliance support, exclusive member social media communities, new qualifications, a comprehensive digital knowledge hub and a member magazine.
Nathan Emerson, chief executive of Propertymark, said: “We’d like to thank all our members for their continued commitment to raising standards.
“Our decision on fees demonstrates a commitment by Propertymark to act in the best interests of our members, especially during challenging times, and we look forward to supporting them through 2024.”
