Viewber has been named among the most loved workplaces in the UK.
It ranked number 48 in Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list.
Results were determined after surveying more than 2m employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 50 to more than 100,000.
The list recognizes companies creating a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, and appreciated at the centre of the business model.
The outsourced property viewing service and brainchild of high-profile former estate agent Ed Mead is the only property-related firm and no estate agencies appear on the list.
Mead said: "We've never been big on awards, except ones we don't enter.
“This award is a massive boost for the substantial team who ensure things run smoothly and for our chief operating officer Kate Campbell-Balcombe in particular. For the chief executive team, it's another validation of the model after half a million appointments and seven years."
Nancy Cooper, global editor in chief of Newsweek, added: “With the rapidly changing workplace and competition for top talent, more companies are recognizing the importance of employee engagement and commitment.
“The workplaces that have demonstrated a commitment to their employees in 2023 are more likely to attract the best talent and deliver strong business outcomes.”
