Property social network and listings website PropertyHeads has launched a sister-version across the pond.
The company has launched a US twin which it says is now cataloguing around 750,000 homes for sale right across America through 45,000 real estate agents.
In just a few weeks its already chalked up more than half a million US users.
PropertyHeads was launched in the UK in 2018, connecting agents, buyers and tradespeople through personal reviews as well valuation and analysis tools using MousePricePro.
It currently has 2.6m UK users.
Similarly in the US, PropertyHeads chief executive Ben Davis said, the brand will help US realtors connect with and maintain relationships with home movers and find the appropriate tradesperson such as a builder, architect or plumber through a user’s own connections.
PropertyHeads US expects its user base to reach 10m by 2025.
Davis said: “We are very excited to bring the property social network to the US.
“PropertyHeads is unique in how it brings together the agent and home mover most suited to each other. We look forward to helping US real estate agents grow their businesses and to helping Americans make smarter real estate choices."
