Wellbeing survey aims to assess happiness of property professionals

The Conveyancing Foundation has launched a new wellbeing at work survey for property professionals.

The aim of the charity’s research is to get an idea of how happy people working in the property sector are and what could be done to improve their working lives.

The survey results will be analysed and reviewed by industry experts to recommend areas of best-practice and improve wellbeing at work.

It forms part of the charity’s Be Kind We Care initiative that aims to promote wellbeing in the workplace.

Survey entrants can also enter a luxury prize draw to win prizes including a two-night indulgent getaway, a case of champagne or a luxury Fortnum and Mason hamper.
 

The survey takes fewer than 10 minutes to complete, is completely confidential and conducted by wellbeing at work specialist consultants Morale Solutions.

Elizabeth Rimmer, chief executive of LawCare, has backed the survey, adding: “It is terrific to see this initiative from the Conveyancing Foundation to understand the workplace wellbeing needs of legal professionals in the property industry, as this understanding will lead to bringing the industry together to find ways of addressing them. 

“There is much that can be done to improve working practices and culture in law to better support the wellbeing of professionals and this survey is a positive step towards that.”

The survey closes on 6 March 2023.
