LRG expands Nottingham presence with new acquisition

Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has acquired Liberty Gate, a Nottingham-based residential lettings and sales business which operates one branch in Nottingham city centre. 

A statement from LRG said the acquisition will “further strengthen” its footprint to the north of the city and the wider East Midlands region, joining its already strong presence in new homes and shared ownership under area manager, Jennifer Swinstead. 

The branch will be the first Leaders branch in the city centre and will be rebranded as Leaders together with Liberty Gate.

David Thomas, founder and director at Liberty Gate, will continue in the business for a short transition period, ensuring a smooth transfer for Liberty Gate’s clients, whilst all other staff will transfer to LRG.
