Agent brothers take on Fine & Country licence

Fine & Country has expanded further into North Yorkshire and County Durham with a new team headed up by property duo James and Henry Carver.

The brothers bring a wealth of experience in marketing high-value property in the North East from their existing agency in the region.

During their childhood, both James and Henry Carver were involved in the family firm of estate agents and went on to complete property-related degrees at university before joining the family business full time.

James said: “Fine & Country has a superb reputation, it is a fantastic national and international brand and a brilliant network of exceptional agents. I am looking forward to getting the ball rolling and introducing Fine & Country as a concept to our local area – I feel it will be very well-received among our existing high-net-worth contacts.”

Henry added: “We have been selling property in the area for over 30 years with offices in Northallerton, Richmond, Darlington, Hurworth and Newton Aycliffe.

“There are a huge variety of quality upper quartile homes, from country estates to city new builds and everything in between. We knew that in order to best serve these sellers, we needed to be able to access all the tools, marketing and services that a premium brand such as Fine & Country can provide.”

Nicky Stevenson, managing director at Fine & Country, said: “We are thrilled to welcome James and Henry Carver to the Fine & Country network.

“Their expertise and passion for property align perfectly with our brand's values, and we are confident that they will bring exceptional service and success to the North Yorkshire and County Durham areas. We are looking forward to supporting them in the journey and are eager to see the impact they will make in the upper quartile with the backing of our marketing.”
