Naturally this additional auction service brings revenue for partner agents via the buying and selling fees we pass back to them. We offer our Partner Agents a minimum commission of £2,500 per property sold. Referring two properties per month at our minimum fee would earn you over £60,000 per year in fees (if the properties sell).
As an added bonus, we also a £150 Love2Shop voucher as a thank you to agency staff every time they refer a property to us that sells.
We have developed technology that not only allows us to effectively collaborate with our partner gents, but also our partner agents to do so with their own clients directly.
Our Partner Portal gives agents access to a multitude of marketing and training materials and provides a quick and simple way to refer a property to us.
We also provide a white-label microsite to our Partner Agents to allow them to advertise the auction properties they have for sale at a Pugh auction. The site will be branded with your colours and logo and is ready-made by us.

Working with Pugh means you can advertise an additional service and method of sale to your clients. Rather than turn clients away that have an auction-appropriate property, you can offer them private treaty or auction and progress to completion via either method.
