CJ Hole, part of the Xperience network, has added seven-branch Annagram to its network.
All the West Country offices have rebranded to CJ Hole, effectively doubling the size of the brand overnight.
Ed Creswick, a director of Annagram in its Burnham-on-Sea office, said: “CJ Hole is a trusted name which I first worked for over 20 years ago.
“Much has changed since then and CJ Hole is now helping us to modernise our offering to sell and let property more effectively for our customers.”
Neil Jenkin, who set up Annagram originally with Sue Iles, said: “Even with seven offices, we found it difficult to create the savings that we needed to make the business highly efficient.
“This partnership has enabled us to access innovations and services that are beyond the reaches of most independents.”
CJ Hole is in talks with a number of other independent agents in the South-West and expect to announce more new partnerships soon.
The CJ Hole recruitment campaign, launched via Estate Agent Today earlier in the year, has proved such a success that its sister brand, Whitegates, is now recruiting partners in much the same way throughout the Midlands and North of England.
A new Whitegates office is to open shortly in south Manchester.
Both CJ Hole and Whitegates have access to extensive funding from Legal & General to facilitate these new partnerships and plan to open at least another ten offices for the brands in the coming year.
