A new site that supports and promotes high street agents

A new website supporting high street estate agents has recently launched. Agent Locator provides an online platform for high street estate agents to showcase fees and expertise. 

Agent Locator only allows high street estate agents to register – online estate agents are not permitted.

“Agent Locator will promote our members and the benefits of using high street estate agents.  We also want to divert landlords and vendors who are searching for online agents to Agent Locator. This will provide high street estate agents with additional leads and allow direct competition with online estate agents” explains Director Kevin Ward.

Agent Locator allows vendors and landlords who prefer dealing with high street estate agents the option to instantly compare fees and expertise online. Vendors and landlords simply enter their location and local high street estate agents are displayed instantly. Agents will be able to generate personalised company profiles and update fees, services and branding on the website at any time.  All leads are sent directly to the agent’s inbox, who will then make contact with the vendor or landlord.

Agent Locator is inviting high street estate agents to join.  “We want to unite high street estate agents and promote our members online” explains Kevin Ward.

There are no sign up fees and all leads are free.  Agent Locator is completely free.  Kevin Ward adds “There are no plans to change this model. We are focused on growing our high street estate agent community online.  Agents are signing up on a daily basis.  We will soon be launching a series of media campaigns to promote our members online. High street estate agents are the local property experts and we want to get this message out loud and clear.”
