Floor plan software provider Metropix celebrated their win at The ESTAS on Friday by announcing an upcoming landmark.
Having scooped the “Best in Sector – Floor Plans” award for the 4th year running, the also announced that May 2018 will mark 11 million floor plans available in Metropix’s unique Plan Bank.
Plan Bank archives every floor plan drawn and makes them available again to re-use in the future. When a new floor plan is required Plan Bank will alert users to an existing full or partial match to use as a template to create the layout required.
Latest research by Metropix shows that using Plan Bank will save users time, with an average saving of around 50% per plan.
Plan Bank is included in every Metropix subscription, alongside other free-to-use features including Picture Plus; Space Planner; and branding and colour plans.
The 11m milestone comes in the wake of the launch of the Metropix Mobile; a fully functioning mobile app that enables users to create plans at the property.
Commenting on the win Customer Services Manager Steve Sanashee said “to have been nominated again is a real credit to the whole team. The competition gets more fierce every year… and to come out on top again is just fantastic!”
“Metropix is at an exciting point in its development with the release of Metropix Mobile, a new version of the software due out later this year, and the work we’re doing with other parts so the Landmark business, like our AML solution, to add more value to our customers”.
“Thank you to everyone who voted, and to all our loyal customers. Keep an eye out for the announcement about our 11 millionth plan!”
