Zoopla has launched its Real Time Listings Service, allowing member agents to send updates to property listings on ZPG websites within minutes of being updated on the agent or developer’s system or website.
The service has been launched initially with Property Software Group, starting with Alto and will be followed by the roll-out across other PSG products Jupix, CFP and Vebra Live in the near future.
Zoopla says the new service so far published 90 per cent of listings updates in less than five minutes and 100 per cent within six minutes.

Not a bad idea from Zoopla, great to see them consistently evolving to meet the fast-paced way of life which we follow. 100% updated within 6 minutes is pretty impressive!
Great news for estate and letting agents. I know it will certainly be a great addition for us when it comes to marketing our properties. It's always important to be ahead of the game as it were.
I've never liked Zoopla very much but fair play to them, this is a good move.
Yes, very shrewd move from Zoopla. It shows they've very much got their finger on the pulse just at the moment. Quite a few agents criticise them, to say the least, but they're great innovators and trendsetters. For that, if nothing else, they deserve credit.
Great idea to keep them at the forefront of the industry. It's pretty much being driven by Zoopla and Rightmove now - all online estate agents can do is follow and stay in their wake!
