Yesterday we reported Rightmove’s new TV advertisement - today, Zoopla announces the launch of a new national marketing campaign which includes billboards, bus and radio adverts.
A statement from the portal says its “new comprehensive campaign” evolves the style which has been used in recent campaigns “and is designed to demonstrate astonishing Zoopla data and the role the portal plays as being informative and useful when searching for a home.”
Zoopla is working with graphic designer and illustrator Noma Bar “who is renowned for creating ideas-led imagery and the new creative skilfully presents a selection of numerical property facts”.
The campaign will run across thousands of billboards and hundreds of bus-sides until the end of the year and Zoopla says it has calculated that during the campaign period at least two-thirds of UK adults will hear the radio ads “dozens of times” on mainstream radio stations such as Capital, Heart, Magic, Absolute, Classic and XFM.
Zoopla Property Group, which owns Zoopla, PrimeLocation and other property websites as well as price comparison site uSwitch, announces its latest financial figures to the City tomorrow - including an update on how many member estate and letting agencies it has on its books.
“Our updated approach highlights the scale of Zoopla, our useful data on every home in the UK and communicates how we help users find properties available right now to buy or rent with very specific search queries. It is designed to deliver even more enquiries and exposure for our members” says ZPG chief executive Alex Chesterman.

That's a strategical move from Zoopla, I will be lying if I say that I wasn't expecting that!! My opinion is that Zoopla needs to spend more money on Digital marketing and not so many on traditional advertising!! Also, they need to target the generation y and especially generation z !! They need to target students; and advertise on social media & universities...
students will be looking for flats to share... after they graduate and get a job they will be looking for studio and then for 1 bed and so on... that's a cycle. (and clicks)
Lets not forget that zoopla and RM etc. are websites and websites only care about clicks....!!
Good points, Stephanos. Zoopla should get you on their marketing team.
Thank you @Jon Tarrey ... !! the same goes for indie estate agencies.. invest on your SEO and digital advertising... !!
