Forget eMoov, easyProperty, Tepilo or Purplebricks.
It appears the less well-known My Online Estate Agent has taken the honours for having the most expensive property ever to be marketed by a UK online agency.
The property is a 12,642 square foot Grade ll Listed house in a mid-19th century terrace.
The seven-storey home has 18 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms. marble staircases and its view to the front includes Buckingham Palace. The buyer will have access to the private Belgrave Square Gardens in return for an annual fee.
My Online Estate Agent launched in 2012. It currently lists only four other London properties for sale - the next highest priced is a terraced house in Acton at just under £900,000.
You can see the property listing here and an EAT interview with the founder, back in 2014, here.

What an uninspiring description! Also, "The property briefly comprises of"; for a house of this calibre one would expect some sort of comprehension of English grammar!
Wow yes how poor! I can't believe that a property worth £24m is being marketed with iphone photos? Maybe it doesn't matter though as the buyer of this certainly isn't just going to come through Zoopla...
The world's gone mad!
Agree with the other points about the shoddy description and iPhone style photos, but I don't think it really matters. A home that is valued at £24 is gonna get sold, you can bet your bottom dollar on that!
