Best Estates, named New Agency of the Year at the recent Negotiator Awards, has opened its third office which aims to abandon traditional ‘desk based’ agents.
The office, in central Sudbury, is in a building that has recently undergone an eight month restoration, includes three floors of office space.
“All of our visitors to the office will be offered a coffee or soft drink, and an opportunity to talk with our enthusiastic team about their property needs. Gone are the days of sitting across a desk from each other, we are all about round tables and open discussions” says director Alex Tarry.
The team will be managed by Tristan Desmarais, who has been a London estate agent for over 15 years, but who has been visiting Suffolk for the last 10 years.
“A key focus for all our offices was getting the right team that understood our vision and values for the business” says another of the firm’s directors, Matthew Piercy.

Looks like a lot of desks in that space chaps.
Well spotted! Although I can see two 'round tables' though....
Best wishes for the latest office. It's great to hear of agencies that apreciate the value of getting potential vendors to visit them. Rather than the ubiquitous foot-in-the-door free valuation approach. www.agencynegotiation.com/home-away-away-best/
