The online estate agency House Network is to use the live video streaming service Periscope to produce what it says is a live broadcast viewing of a home.
Viewers will have to download the Periscope app to see the property; in addition to the video, viewers will be able to ask questions in real time.
The event takes place tomorrow, Thursday, at 1.30pm. You can see it via the Periscope app if you search it for the HouseNetwork channel, or it can be seen via Twitter at @HouseNetworkUK.
“We understand how stressful the home buying process can be, particularly at the viewing stage, and allowing everyone to see a property at the same time, no matter where they are or what they’re doing is a fair way to conduct viewings” explains Graham Lock, House Network’s chief executive.
“We’re always on the look out for ways to aid the house selling process, and will be exploring the practicalities of rolling this out pending the success of our very first broadcast viewing” he says.

Not bad for criminals either....
