As the PropTech industry continues to expand, with dedicated events and more innovative startups entering the world of UK property, online lending and investment platform LendInvest has compiled a list of the industry's top PropTech tweeters and contributors.
Described as 'flag bearers of the PropTech World' and 'PropTech heavyweights', the 21 entrants on the list are a mix of chief executives, entrepreneurs and journalists.
LendInvest says the tweeters were chosen for either being involved in some of the most exciting PropTech startups, or regularly sharing their knowledge and opinion.
Top of the list is Henry Pryor (@HenryPryor), high-profile buying agent and market commentator. Pryor is well-known for his Twitter output and has over 20,000 followers on the social networking site.
Graham Norwood (@PropertyJourn), freelance property journalist and editor of Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today, takes second spot.
The top three is made up by Ishaan Malhi (@Ishaan_trussle), the chief executive of Trussle, an online platform which aims to match borrowers with suitable mortgages.
Other notable entries include James Dearsley (@jamesdearsley), who sends out a weekly PropTech newsletter, Juliette Morgan (@Juliettemorgan), a property tech specialist who works for commercial estate agents Cushman and Wakefield, and Dan Gandesha (@DanielGandesha), the founder and chief executive of property crowdfunding platform Property Partner.
LendInvest says that London's PropTech scene in particular is 'having its moment' and that these Twitter enthusiasts are the 'influencers making a difference...shaping London's PropTech future'.
