One of the founding agencies behind OnTheMarket has returned to listing on Zoopla.
A statement from ZPG, parent company of Zoopla and PrimeLocation, issued this afternoon says:
ZPG which owns and operates some of the UK’s leading digital property platforms including Zoopla, PrimeLocation, Property Software Group and Hometrack, today announces that one of the OTM founder members, Douglas & Gordon, has signed a new long term listings agreement with ZPG.
Douglas & Gordon, which operates 18 offices across London, will now advertise all of its property listings across the ZPG platform with immediate effect, following the dropping of the one-other portal rule by OTM.
James Evans, Douglas & Gordon CEO said, “We are delighted to be marketing all of our property listings with ZPG again. ZPG have historically served our business very well and have considerably developed their platform over the past few years in terms of the range of services they now offer. This new agreement is a win for both our business and our customers who will benefit as a result.”

Fair enough. I am currently handling an 'Easy Move' P/Ex with 'the new homes Group' and part of their T&C is that I list the property within 48 hours of receiving the instruction with both Rightmove and Zoopla. Under the lapsed OOP rule (a current rule for those who did not support the float) I would have been unable to do business with tnhG.

Not that surprising. D & G seem to have changed a lot in the last few years.
Wow - a stinging smack in the face for OTM with the low level of leads that they generate all downhill now!
New home group will ask ypu to do it for nothing anyway !
This must be the beginning of the end, this is like one of the senior officers on the Titanic getting in the lifeboat before telling the passengers they were just about to hit an iceberg !!!
