Purplebricks has won a ‘trusted service’ award - described as “an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.”
Given controversies around the validity of some customer reviews, and recent allegations of Purplebricks’ encouraging reviews from staff members and their families in Canada, the award is likely to raise eyebrows in the UK agency industry.
Reviews organisation Feefo says its trusted service honour is “awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights.”
Feefo says that over the past 12 months, Purplebricks has received in excess of 5,000 reviews with an average score of 4.1. Over 3,000 of these were five-star reviews.
“As all Feefo reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of Purplebricks’ commitment to outstanding service” says a statement from the reviews company.
Feefo Gold Trusted Service awards are given to businesses who have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1 2019 and December 31 2019, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9.
The company says: “Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching it to a legitimate transaction, in order to increase consumer confidence and enable businesses to make smarter business decisions.”

What a mystery? On AllAgents they only score 1/5 and only 8% of victims would recommend them?
Allagents is full of reviews by other estate agents slating the competition... Has been for years. Unless they have started verifying reviews, it will still be the same.
feefo and trustpilot reviews are so corrupt, by invite only, never to unhappy clients. Stinks
After the Canada debacle, how could anyone give any credibility to reviews on Purple Bricks from any source. If you are inducing people, who have no connection to PB to submit reviews?
