A new boutique estate agency is to open in London, run by a former director of both Dexters and Hanover Residential.
Jeremy Rosenblatt, who has been selling property in north west London for 28 years, has set up Vantage Residential in St John’s Wood.
He was a director at Hanover for 10 years and at Dexters for just under three years.
“Vantage Residential is the making of my years of experience in the residential property market. The property market has started up again after the lock-down period and people are keen to find themselves a suitable home” he says.
The high-end London market has long been highly competitive but has had a cloud hanging over it during the pandemic as overseas buyers were unable to visit and prices stalled.
However, with restrictions easing there are signs of a recovery.
Last week we reported that two former directors of the prestigious Beauchamp Estates agency in central London had set up their own firm, London House.

What is a "boutique" estate agency ?
It’s when the owners want to be selective and not deal with the riff raff.
